Make selling easier,
profit more
Analytics and automation software built exclusively for Amazon sellers, on top of Amazon's own official Selling Partner API.
The problems that made this worth building.
Storage fees that arrive as a surprise
Amazon's aged-inventory surcharge tiers (currently starting at 181 days) show up on a settlement report after the fact, by then the inventory has already been sitting long enough to cost real money.
Buy Box losses discovered too late
An account-wide Buy Box percentage can look healthy while individual high-traffic ASINs quietly lose it for days. Sales drop before anyone notices why.
Review-eligible orders that expire unused
Amazon opens a narrow window to request a review after delivery. Checking manually means most of that window is gone before a request is ever sent.
Operational data scattered across separate reports
Sales, inventory, returns, and storage-fee exposure each live in a different Seller Central report with a different refresh schedule, making one ASIN's full picture hard to see in one place.
The Sales & Inventory Monitor.
Per-ASIN inventory, sales velocity, and days of stock in one table, refreshed automatically every 6 hours.

How the Amazon connection works.
Official SP-API only
Connects exclusively through Amazon's own Selling Partner API, via OAuth 2.0. Nothing is scraped from Seller Central's screens.
One-time, revocable authorization
You authorize once in Seller Central. Access can be revoked at any time, directly from your own Amazon account, not through us.
Your password stays with Amazon
It is never requested, seen, or stored. OAuth means we only ever hold a revocable token, not your login.
Automatic sync, not real-time
Data refreshes on a 6-hour schedule through Amazon's approved endpoints, described that way everywhere on purpose.
What EcomSanity intentionally doesn't try to replace.
- —Seller Central itself — listings, PPC campaign management, and fulfillment stay in Amazon's own tools.
- —Bookkeeping or accounting software — profit-per-SKU calculations still need your own cost inputs; EcomSanity provides the operating context, not a P&L.
- —A listing optimization or keyword research tool — that's a different job with different tools built for it.
- —A full ERP — this is a monitoring and analytics layer on top of your existing Amazon operations, not a system that runs them.
