Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how Sandalsoft Bilişim Ltd. Şti. handles subscription cancellations, credits, and refunds for EcomSanity. By purchasing our Amazon SP-API automation software, you agree to the terms below as well as any non-waivable consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly in advance on the date you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal or by emailing brock@sandaldata.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains active through the end of the billing period unless you ask for an immediate downgrade. Cancelling after a renewal has processed does not automatically produce a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a full or partial refund (or equivalent account credit) when:

  • A duplicate or incorrect amount was charged.
  • EcomSanity was unavailable for 48+ consecutive hours because of an issue on our side, preventing you from using core features.
  • You contact us within 14 days of an initial subscription charge. This no-questions-asked window satisfies Paddle’s refund requirement and applies even if you simply decide the product is not the right fit. After 14 days, the other criteria in this section apply.

Requests outside these examples are reviewed individually. We may provide pro-rated credits if we conclude that service issues significantly limited your ability to use the platform.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.
  • Charges incurred after failing to cancel before renewal.
  • Usage-based fees for automation tasks already executed through Amazon SP-API.
  • Downtime caused by Amazon, third-party providers, or changes you made to your own seller account.

Dissatisfaction with KPIs, switching to a competitor, or not using the software during a billing period also fall under non-refundable scenarios.

5. Free Trials & Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional rate, you must cancel before the trial or promotional window ends to avoid charges. Reminder notices are not guaranteed. Free trials are limited to one per company unless otherwise stated.

6. Billing Errors

Think you were charged incorrectly? Email us within 30 days of the charge with supporting details. If we confirm an error, we will correct it, refund any overage, and address the root cause. Forget to cancel before renewal, not logging in for a billing period, or changing your mind after subscribing are not considered billing errors.

7. Account Termination by Us

If we suspend or terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service or Amazon policies, previously paid fees are not refundable. If we discontinue EcomSanity entirely, we may, at our discretion, provide pro-rated refunds for prepaid periods.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension while we investigate. If a dispute is resolved in our favor, the account may be permanently closed and collections fees may apply. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly by emailing us directly.

9. Payment Method Issues

You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. If a renewal fails, we may pause the account until payment succeeds. No credits are issued for periods when the account was inactive because of failed or declined payments.

10. Service Availability & Technical Issues

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, browser incompatibilities, or internet issues on your side are not grounds for a refund unless they meet the prolonged downtime condition described in Section 3.

11. Data Accuracy & Business Outcomes

Metrics and insights provided by EcomSanity are based on your Amazon data. We do not guarantee specific business results and do not issue refunds because of revenue changes, market shifts, or disagreements with analytics outputs.

12. Legal Requirements

If applicable consumer protection laws grant you additional refund rights (for example, EU/UK cooling-off periods), those rights take precedence. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory legal protections.

13. Currency, Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method in the same currency that was charged. Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days, though timelines vary by institution.

We may update this Refund Policy as we add features or respond to legal requirements. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use EcomSanity after updates means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
