Amazon's Request a Review, sent automatically.
EcomSanity sends the official request for every eligible order, inside Amazon's 5 to 30 day window, so no order quietly ages out.
Order 114-2087731-5530467 · delivered on day 0
Amazon allows the request from day 5 to day 30 after delivery; EcomSanity sends from day 7. A sample order, not live data. Drag the needle to scrub.
From connected to sent, without you
One setup. After that it runs on its own, every day.
Connect your seller account
Authorize EcomSanity once through Amazon's official Selling Partner API in Seller Central. You never share your password and can revoke access at any time.
We watch your orders
EcomSanity syncs your orders and checks eligibility with Amazon. A request only goes out inside Amazon's 5 to 30 day window after delivery. We send between day 7 and day 25, so nothing is sent too early or left until the last day.
Amazon sends the request
Each eligible order gets Amazon's own Request a Review, the same as pressing the button in Seller Central. One request per order, and every order shows its status in your dashboard.

Questions
Is automating Request a Review allowed by Amazon?
Yes, when it uses Amazon's own Request a Review mechanism through the official Selling Partner API and only sends for orders inside Amazon's eligibility window. That is how EcomSanity works. It sends one request per order and never contacts your buyers itself.
When does EcomSanity send the request?
Amazon allows the request between 5 and 30 days after delivery. EcomSanity sends between day 7 and day 25 after delivery, once Amazon confirms the order is eligible. The scheduler runs automatically throughout the day.
What happens when I reach the 50-request Free limit?
The Free plan includes 50 automated review requests per month, and only requests Amazon accepts count toward it. When you reach the limit, sending pauses until your allowance resets the next month, or you can upgrade to Pro for 5,000 requests a month. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card, and it includes the whole app, not just review requests.
Will this guarantee more reviews?
No. Nothing can guarantee reviews, and Amazon's request is a neutral ask for an honest review. Automation makes sure every eligible order gets asked before the window closes, so you stop missing orders by hand.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
North America, Europe and Far East regions, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan and Australia.
Can I cancel or disconnect?
Yes. You can disconnect your Amazon account at any time, and Pro can be cancelled whenever you like.
