50% of each payment for 12 months, held 45 days, then paid monthly over $50.
Program terms
- Commission: 50% of net revenue (after payment-processing fees) per payment, for the referred account's first 12 billing cycles.
- Qualifying event: the referred account's first successful paid payment. Free-plan usage does not earn commission.
- Attribution: the referral code entered at signup, or — if none is entered — the most recent
?reflink cookie (60 days, first touch). Attribution is locked at signup and is not applied retroactively to existing accounts. - Hold & reversal: each commission is held 45 days before becoming payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission; a plain cancellation does not claw back earned commission.
- Payouts: monthly, in USD, once your payable balance is at least $50, via PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer. Transfer fees are borne by the partner. A completed W-9 / W-8BEN is required before the first payout.
- Changes: we may update these terms or end the program with notice; accrued commissions are honored.
Prohibited promotion
Accounts that use any of the following forfeit unpaid commissions and may be removed from the program:
- Bidding on "EcomSanity" or close-variant branded keywords in paid search.
- Coupon, deal, or cashback sites and browser extensions that inject affiliate codes.
- Incentivized signups, bot traffic, or self-referrals (referring your own accounts).
- Spam — unsolicited email, DMs, or forum/comment blasting.
- Misrepresenting EcomSanity, its pricing, or its Amazon relationship.
FAQ
How much do I earn?
50% of what EcomSanity actually collects (net of payment-processing fees) on every payment a referred customer makes, for their first 12 billing cycles. After 12 cycles that referral stops paying out, but any new referrals you bring start their own 12-cycle window.
When does a referral count?
A commission is created the first time a referred account makes a successful paid payment — not at signup. Free-plan signups don't earn commission.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 45 days (covering our refund window), then becomes payable. Once your payable balance clears the $50 minimum we send it out monthly via PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer. Transfer fees are deducted from the payout.
What if a referred customer refunds or cancels?
A refunded or charged-back payment reverses its commission. A plain cancellation doesn't claw anything back — you keep what was already earned, there are just no further commissions.
Do I need tax paperwork?
Yes. Before your first payout we collect a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) through your partner dashboard.
