Amazon Review Request Window Checker

Amazon's official Request a Review only works for a limited time after delivery. Enter a delivery date and see exactly when the window opens, when it closes, and how many days you have left.

Use the delivery date from your order report, not the order date.

Pick a delivery date to see when the Request a Review window opens and closes for that order.

The formula

Window opens 5 days after delivery and closes 30 days after delivery. Orders delivered between 30 and 5 days ago are eligible today.

  • Seller Central shows the exact eligibility per order. Treat this as a planning aid, since Amazon makes the final call.
  • Dates are calculated in calendar days, using the delivery date from your order report.
  • Amazon may already have emailed the buyer on its own, in which case Seller Central can show the request as already sent.

Frequently asked questions

How many days after delivery can I request a review on Amazon?

The Request a Review button is active between 5 and 30 days after the order is delivered. Before day 5 it is greyed out, and after day 30 it disappears. There is no way to send outside that window.

Does this tool send review requests?

No. It only calculates dates. To send the official Request a Review automatically for every eligible order, EcomSanity uses Amazon's own mechanism through the Selling Partner API.

When in the window should I send the request?

Anywhere inside it works. Roughly day 7 to day 14 is a sensible default, but the timing effect is small and unproven. What matters more is catching every eligible order before day 30.
